I loved this session for many reasons..

First- the story of how we met! Almost four years ago I was hiking South Moat and ran into these guys on the trail. I took a photo of their sweet pup and as we parted ways, I asked how to get the photo to them and they said “Her hashtag is #adventuresofkessler!” I posted it on Instagram and tagged it so they could see it. Time passed and they got engaged, and an email came in about photographing their wedding! I couldn’t believe they remembered me and chose me to be their photographer. So, thank you Kessler for being so cute on that hike! (scroll to the end to see that photo!)

Second- I love how personal Kristy and John made their session. They each have a very special tie to New Hampshire. Kristy’s childhood memories include spending time at her family’s cabin and skiing at Cranmore each winter, so we started the session there and even re-created a photo of her grandparents! Next we headed over to Conway Lake, where John reminisced so vividly about his wonderful childhood memories, spending summers at the lake. I could see in their faces the love and connection they had to these places. Our last spot brought us to a stunning view of the White Mountains as the sun was setting. I can’t thank these two enough for letting me visit these beautiful spots and capture their love!
