Alyssa & Aaron - Mount Chocorua New Hampshire

I love when my job takes me to the mountains. Aaron proposed to Alyssa on top of Mount Chocorua, so it was very clear that we needed to return for their engagement photos! We started shooting at the Chocorua Lake bridge, which look out over the mountain we’d be hiking. It was a beautiful day that started out sunny and then became a little cloudy, making for some moody shots up top! Aaron is a meteorologist in Boston and brought a handheld weather station to determine wind speed, air temp, wind chill, etc. I loved picking his brain about weather! Alyssa told stories of hiking here growing up and her family’s ties to the White Mountains. It made it so easy to connect with this awesome couple. My dog Bean tagged along for the shoot and they were so sweet (and patient!) with her!

Thank you Alyssa and Aaron for being up for a big hike and for being so much fun to photograph. I loved getting to know you guys and can’t wait for your wedding day!
