Rylee & Kyle - Engaged

I've known Kyle technically since we were born - three days apart in the same hospital. We played sports together and attended the same school system since kindergarten. I was so excited when he contacted me about a proposal that would be disguised as a normal couples session.  Rylee and Kyle have been together for over 7 years, since our senior year at Brewer High School.  To be able to capture this moment for them was so special.  We started the session at his family's camp in Dedham and then traveled to the Brewer waterfront park.  Little did Rylee know that her family was across the river waiting and watching from the Sea Dog.  During the last few photos, Kyle ran to his truck to get something and came back with the ring box in his pocket.  His sister Jessica stopped by as well, saying that she just wanted to "tag along", but was ready to film the proposal.  As I set them up in the final pose of the session, Kyle told Rylee that someday they would tell their kids about this moment as he got down on one knee and proposed.  Rylee's reaction was priceless - one that I will never forget.  After the proposal we all headed across the bridge to celebrate with their families.  Thank you Kyle and Rylee for letting me be a part of such an incredible day.  Check out my favorite shots below!
